Rev. Marsha was introduced to Religious Science in the mid 1980’s. She left corporate America after 28 years to pursue the call to serve by moving from Dallas to Denver CO where she attended the Holmes Institute, graduating in 1998. She is the founding minister of New Horizons Church of Religious Science outside of Boulder CO and moved back to Dallas in January 2005 to answer the call to be closer to her two children and 2 grandchildren.
As a well established corporate manager, with lots of responsibility and making good money, I began to question my own existence. It seemed that everything was looking up for me, but why was I feeling so down. In a moment of confusion, I remember asking God for the answers to my dilemma….and I didn’t even have a faith or church at the time. But I certainly got direction quickly. And I’m grateful that I listened and followed the guidance into Religious Science. It was an immediate excursion into Truth, as expressed by Dr. Ernest Holmes. Truly the statement of change your thinking, change your life proved itself to me. I can’t say that it was always pleasant, but it was always enlightening. And it continues to be such. My journey of awakening continues, day by day.
